Welcome to YumaLite™’s blog
Here you’ll find updates on YumaLite™ as well as articles on light therapy and how it can help alleviate the low mood and low energy symptoms of light deficiency. Seniors commonly suffer from not getting the light they need, as do mothers with newborn babies who can be awake at all hours.
